Texas Translated Series Gallery

Texas Translated Series was created as I explored my new surrounds in Texas while recalling my birthplace, Australia.
I layered washes of Glaze in a similar method to The Deep End Series but based my palette of the Australian Gum Tree. Texas has an extreme climate and days can go from light and airy to dark and brooding very quickly. I tried to capture the essence of these changes in this series.
